Some books you read and then pass on. Not so with this one. This is a keeper.
The Quest of the Overcomer takes us on a journey through the Hebraic month to help us understand God’s blessings, plans and purposes, not only for us personally but also his greater purpose for mankind. I, personally, use this book as a basis for a drawing of each month as I learn more about it. I love that this book presents deep truth in an easy to understand way. Each month’s teaching is well organized and clearly written, with a page of a personal testimony from the authors and a section of personal reflection. There is also a summary of each month’s characteristic at the end, and also a list of scriptures for overcoming and much more. I’ve recommended this book to my friends and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking deeper truth and understanding about God’s time table and who want to align themselves with his plan.
This is a book I will pick up again and again. A perfect companion to walk with through the years.
